BONBONS & PRALINES( assorted chocolates)
Freshly handcrafted bonbons & pralines, available to order. Filled with a variety of in house made fillings, an assortment of shapes and coloring patterns.
To ensure freshness pralines are produced daily, in our Artisan chocolaterie atelier and we recommend eating them within 10 days. We do not use preservatives so the shelf life is limited. The bonbons should be stored in a cool and dry place with temperatures not exceeding 20 degrees. Fillings of the bonbons are prepared freshly, using top quality ingredients.
You can buy them in boxes of 4, 6, 9, 12, 16, 24 or 36. Boxes containing a larger number of bonbons( 50, 70, 100) are available with a special order. When you reach the check out you can add a note with the flavors you would prefer to find in your box.
To produce the bonbons we need at least 48 h notice so the cut off time is 3 pm. Any purchase made after 3 pm will be considered for the next day.
We do not send packages over the weekend, to avoid products being stored in inappropriate conditions, so any order placed later than Thursday 3 pm will be dispatched on Monday.
To produce our chocolates we use the best possible ingredients and following types of chocolate:
Callebaut Dark Chocolate 70-30-42 Callebaut Origin Choc; Milk; Arriba 39%Cacao Barry White Chocolate; Zephyr 34% Callebaut Ruby Chocolate RB1 47.3% ( ruby chocolate it has a naturally occurring pink color and flavor of red berries with fresh sour notes)
