Artisan chocolaterie

A dark or white compound coating, smooth melting, with non-hydrogenated lauric fats. Due to the fats in this product, we advise that you melt it, apply it, and then shock cool in the fridge so that it retains its colour and shine. 

This product is well known as tempered chocolate or  candy melts, looks and tastes quite similar to chocolate but doesn't contain cocoa butter and doesn't need tempering.

Great viscosity makes this product perfect for coating cake pops but also for ganache, molding, etc.
