To produce the chocolates we need 48 h notice so the cut off time is 4 pm. Any purchase made after 4 pm will be considered for the next day.
To make our chocolates we use the best possible ingredients. We make the novelty shaped chocolates using :
Callebaut Dark Chocolate Power 80%
Callebaut Origin Choc; Milk; Arriba 39%
Cacao Barry White Chocolate; Zephyr 34%
Callebaut Ruby Chocolate RB1 47.3% ( ruby chocolate has a naturally occurring pink colour and flavour of red berries with fresh sour notes)
Shoe size 16/ 8/ 4 cm approx 150g of chocolate
The chocolate should be stored ideally between 12-15 degrees Celsius.
