ORDERING & DELIVERING
Supplies, chocolates, cakes & patisserie products
To order a product on our website you will have to:
1.select the product you are interested in and place it in the basket
2.proceed to the payment page
3. make a note at the checkout if you want to give any instructions
4. pay for the order
Once an order is received and payment has cleared, we will start producing or packing the requested item/ items. We will send you a fulfilment note when your order is dispatched and ready for pick up or delivery.
We have got very limited slots for delivery so you may have to collect your order from our shop.

In case your order includes customization, we will contact you to confirm details and make sure we've got it all correct before proceeding with the order.

During busy times, we may need to use third party delivery service so we may need to charge a fee, get in touch for a quote for an accurate cost.
We only take orders for high end, fully customised cakes and the minimum order value is £ 350.
As those type of cakes will be suitable for planned ahead parties or weddings we will need as much notice as possible. The minimum time frame for placing an order will be 3 months.

To produce the chocolates, we need 24 -72 h notice and the cut off time is 3 pm. Any purchase made after 3 pm will be considered for the next day.
We do not send packages over the weekend, to avoid products being stored in inappropriate conditions, so any order placed later than Thursday 3 pm will be dispatched on Monday.
The freshness of our chocolates is a top priority so we will do our best to ensure they will be delivered in time and safe.
Price of delivery is not included so you'll be able to choose the preferred method. For all chocolates sent with a signed for & insured service, you can get a full refund in case your chocolates will not arrive in perfect condition. If you choose to receive your parcel with no signature, we will not be able to refund you as we will have no control over the parcel.
Majority of our products can be delivered to your door. Price of the delivery is charged separately and once you will reach the checkout you will be able to select your preferred method.
We use Royal Mail to deliver our goods and the charges are as follows:
-Best deal for orders under £ 10, which can be sent out packed in a letter size parcel, first class & signed for delivery service .................£ 2.97
-Economy for orders under £ 10 (only suitable for flat items as chocolate bars& slabs) 2-3 working days, no signature on delivery Royal mail 2nd class...........£ 1.20
-Standard delivery (for all £ 10- 99 orders) 1-2 working days insured& signed for delivery service Royal mail First class.......£ 5.45
-Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®(for all orders over £10.00
placed before 9 am (Monday to Thursday) ............£ 7.30

For international deliveries please contact us for a quote. We will try to find the best rates for delivering your order. Delivery cost needs to be accepted prior placing the order.
We will try our best to ensure you’ll receive the goods ordered in the best possible state but is out of our control how the parcels are maneuvered from the moment they leave our atelier. We will pack the goods properly making them as safe as possible for transporting but some may not reach you in a perfect state.
We cannot take responsibility for “damaged in transit “items. We may be able to organize a refund in case the method of delivery chosen included cover, depending on the circumstances.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address at the time you place the order. We cannot be made responsible if the address is not correct and the parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrectly supplied delivery details.
Adverse weather conditions can cause delays or worse case cancellations of orders. We will refund the money you paid in full (cost of items and postage). We cannot be made responsible in any other way for delaying or cancellations due to those circumstances.
We promise to deliver quality products, and we will promptly organize a refund in case:
- you did not receive the products ordered (wrong size, shape, flavour)
- items delivered are not in the correct quantity
We reserve the right of making the refund in the way we consider appropriate.
We make our chocolates using fresh ingredients, so we do not recommend them to be stored at temperatures over 22 degrees Celsius or high humidity. Always use the products purchased from us before the BB date mentioned on the packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of one or more items if we think they will not be suitable for safe delivery (fragile items). Also, if the weather conditions are not suitable for a safe delivery, we may need to cancel the order or mark it as available for collection only.
