Waterbased intense colours by Stephane Klein 

These intense food colours are ideal for colouring macarons, patisserie, sugar-work, cakes, and icing. 

This range of intense colours was developed by Stéphane Klein, the World Champion sugar-craft artist, who makes spectacular sculptures from coloured and blown sugar from his studio in Belfort, north-east France. Deco'relief products are used by top chefs and patissiers across France in cakes, macarons, ganaches, sorbets, ice-creams, sweets and chocolates.

The colours are water-soluble. For maximum effect, dilute in a small amount of water before use.

Recommended use is 1tsp of colouring in 1tsp water to colour 2kg of cooked sugar.

2 g colour per batch of macarons 

Ingredients:

  • Black : E151, E102, E122, E131. Active ingredient 70%. E102 & E122
  • Yellow E102
  • Red  E122, E102. Active ingredient 85%. 
  • Apple green  E102, E133. Active ingredient 85%.
  • Orange Concentrated food colouring (E102-E129). Active ingredient 85%.
  • Deep purple E122, E132. Active ingredient 30%. 
  • Blue E133. Active ingredient 85%
  • Green  E104, E131. Active ingredient 60%.
  • White: E170 A new, more concentrated formula for a brighter white!

 Colours may have effects on activity and attention in children and adults.

A. How long will take to receive my order?

1.Orders placed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursday will be dispatched on Mondays

2.Orders placed on Fridays & Saturdays will be dispached on Tuesdays

3.Orders placed on Sundays & Mondays will be dispatched on Wednesday

B. Why it takes that long to dispatch an order?

We are artisan chocolatiers and make all chocolates to order, following your requests. The chocolate has to be temperate, moulded and decorations have to be applied then all has to be left to crystallise properly without rushing bebore sending it out. That gives the chocolate a great snap, shine and taste plus it extends its shelf life.

C.Can you write a message by hand on chocolate ?

We can write by hand but number of character is limited to 20
